A few details save a round of questions and let us quote closer to the final price.

  • Your area and building type: villa, apartment, or the name of the tower or community.
  • Own or rent. Landlords and building managers often have to approve work on the plumbing.
  • What you notice: chlorine smell, salty taste, white marks, brown water after travel, dry hair or skin.
  • A photo of the tap or sink cabinet, or the label on an existing filter or cartridge.
  • Tank setup if you know it: shared rooftop tank, private tank, or direct supply.
  • Your Makani number or a map pin. The UAE has no ZIP code system, and Dubai’s Makani number, assigned by Dubai Municipality, identifies the exact entrance.

If you think your water is unsafe right now

If water is visibly dirty, smells of sewage or chemicals, or people in the home are unwell, stop drinking it and tell your building management first. In Dubai the building owner or their representative is responsible for tanks and internal pipework, and a filter is not a fix for contamination. Report serious concerns to the relevant authority in your emirate, then talk to us about what to do next.

If something goes wrong

  1. Tell us first. Email {{EMAIL}} or message us on WhatsApp with your name, area, what happened and any photos or invoice.
  2. We acknowledge and respond. We aim to acknowledge within {{ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TIME}} and to propose a fix or explain our position in writing.
  3. You can escalate. You are free to contact your emirate’s consumer-protection authority (in Dubai, Dubai Economy and Tourism) or the Ministry of Economy at any point. Our warranty terms are on your invoice and in our terms.

Contact questions

Is the quote really free?

Yes. The quote is free, in AED and without obligation. We explain what is included, including cartridge costs.

Can I just send a photo on WhatsApp?

Yes, and it helps. A photo of the sink cabinet, the tap or an existing filter label often lets us narrow the options before anyone visits.

Which areas do you cover?

{{EMIRATES AND AREAS}}. Send your Makani number or map pin and we will confirm.

What is a Makani number and where do I find it?

It is a 10-digit location code that Dubai Municipality assigns to buildings and entrances in Dubai. It is the UAE’s practical substitute for a street address or ZIP code. If you do not have it, a Google Maps pin works too.

Do I need my landlord’s permission?

Often yes, especially for anything that changes the plumbing. Under-sink and countertop units are usually removable, but rules vary by building. Ask in writing and keep the reply; we can tell you what to ask.
